The seven laws given to all of humanity

1. Recognise the One G-d, and worship nothing else
   Avodah Zarah, "foreign service"
2. Treat the Name of G-d with reverence
   Birkas Hashem, "blessing the Name"
3. Do not murder
   Shefichus Damim, "spilling of blood"
4. Guard the boundaries of sex and family
   Gilui Arayos, "uncovering nakedness"
5. Do not steal
   Gezel, "robbery"
6. Do not eat flesh torn from a living animal
Eiver Min HaChai, "a limb from the living"
7. Establish courts of justice
   Dinim, "judgments"

Six are restraints. The seventh is the only one that asks you to build.

If you translate it

Please do. Keep the standing of the material line attached, keep the sources with their statuses, and keep the plain English name of each law ahead of the Hebrew. Those three things are what make it usable by somebody with no background, which is the entire point.
